Gynecologic Surgery

The Department of Gynecologic Oncology is dedicated to partnering with primary physicians and other medical specialists in the greater community to provide gynecologic cancer patients with the best care. All our physicians are Board Certified, Fellowship-trained in their respective subspecialties and Fellows of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society of Gynecologic Oncologists and American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Our staff includes members who are Fellowship-trained, or have been on staff at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Harvard Medical School.

Our surgeons are experts in the treatment of cervical, uterine, endometrial and ovarian cancers. Our interests also include care for women with benign gynecology-related issues undergoing treatment for non-gynelogical cancer.

Working in conjuction with specialsts, nurses and primary care physicians, we are committed to providing patients with the most comprehensive treatment in a seamless process.

In addition, as an academic and research-oriented surgical group, our surgeons participate in ongoing clinical research, including multi-institutional trials. We have open protocols including innovative treatments which can be offered to patients in coordination with referring physicians.

We look forward to working with you to provide state-of-the-art cancer care to the patients and families in your community.
